Watch out for the upsell from Dr. Steven Cantrell, Optometrist. The office is in a bad part of the city and shows its age. Some of those old brownstones are lovely when rehabbed. This one needs some help from HGTV. Instead of rehab, it's had re-shab.

I went there because a friend of a friend recommended him. MISTAKE. I've been to other places, & this equipment is OLD. It would be like going to a doctor and they pull out the blood letting tray.

Plus, he's a little *too* friendly, if you know what I mean. Old Geezer FAIL. Pick on somebody your own old age, mister.

I was pushed into really expensive designer frames by the receptionist, who shouldn't be giving advice on fashion unless you're an old gramma. I think their prices are way out of line.

Anyway, they BROKE! The plastic just snapped two weeks after I got the glasses. I called the office and that old woman YELLED AT ME.

Told me I must have done it on purpose to get free glasses. These people are scammers. Run away.
