I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
