Rick is great at getting me in when I have issues, he is the one that with one treatment convinced me that acupuncture was right for me. Within 24 hours of my visit I was back to normal. I had been on vicodin for 2 weeks prior trying to deal with my pain.

I couldn't believe how compassionate and sympathetic they were to my fear of needles. They went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I love that I wasn't sitting in the waiting room forever. They got me in at my appointment time and out in time for the next person! One of the first things I noticed about this business was the strong efforts they made to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
