Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
We LOVE going to Stephanie; she's wonderful and we get superb results from her treatments.

After 5 days with a frozen shoulder and visits to the chiropractor, a body worker and a medical doctor with little results, I got rid of my frozen shoulder with one acupuncture session from Stephanie! I had the acupuncture session at 6 PM one day, and when I got up from bed the next day I could raise my arm all the way above my head. The healing continued, and within a couple of days all problems with my shoulder were gone. And they haven't come back! It has been over one year now. The general practicioner doctor I saw had told me I would need 2-3 months or physical therapy to be able to use my shoulder normally again, and I would be subject to recurring frozen shoulder problems after that.

In another occasion,about 5 years ago, Stephanie treated me after a maxillo-facial surgery and completely eliminated the numbness sensation I had around my mouth and lips. I had one more acupuncture treatment for numbness 3 months after the surgery and have been never had a problem since.
