Had the first of three series of neck injections foe my headaches. Already had both sides of neck injections to help neck pain. These I am getting now will be a series of three to attack the migraine itself. Dr Fitzgerald and staff are very caring and stay with you throughout the entire process. Always asking if I was comfortable or if there anything they could do to help me with discomfort. So far through all the sets of injections I have had no real pain at all, during or after procedures. There is pressure and a few stings but NO pain at all. I am looking forward to this set of injections lasting for a long time and being a huge success. The neck ones have done great therefore I have high hopes for the head ones. Thanks Staff and Dr Fitzgerald.

I received treatment by Dr. Fitzgerald for my neck pain. The procedure I had was radio frequency of the nerves around the facet joints on the left side of my neck. Everyone at the surgery center were very kind and caring. Dr. Fitzgerald performed the procedure with the least amount of pain possible. He seems very confident and professional with his care. I would highly recommend the Center for Pain Management for anyone needing help with pain.
