They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so kind and attentive to me; even when I got emotional, they were very supportive and understanding. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment based on the acupuncturist's reputation in the community, my own conversation with him, and especially knowing that Mr. Soprani is a highly regarded acupuncture teacher. The chemistry between the staff reassured my confidence in this acupuncturist. Everyone was so professional and talked with respect for the acupuncturist, each other, and the art of acupuncture itself. The practice is located in NW Portland, where parking is always dicey, but I didn't have any trouble finding a spot close the building, and it's always a pleasure to visit Northwest.
