Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable and have never canceled on me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Jan's technique is very advanced. I was quite impressed! I love she is always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcomes it. I've felt like an annoyance at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Jan told me exactly what I could expect from my treatment, and everything she said was completely accurate and more. I appreciated that she didn't promise me anything she couldn't fulfill. When Jan places the needle it hits the sweet spot and you feel a burst of energy as the block is removed. She is the best.
