I'm so glad I read the other review; I had a similar experience regarding X-rays, but with my elementary aged child. My child is uneasy with dental visits and this dentist was recommended to us. Our first few visits were great, but after our last appointment we won't be going back. X-rays are painful for my child because of the biting plate piercing the inside of his mouth (I can relate as it's still uncomfortable for me), and he wasn't even willing to try. To my surprise the dentist came in and practically threw us out after a very brief look in his mouth! I'm sorry to say that I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

I was actually refused care because I declined new X-Rays (mine are 2 years old) because I might be pregnant. She wouldn't even do a teeth cleaning without doing the X-Rays. They actually tried pressuring me to get them even though it's likely I'm pregnant. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me. On the phone, I was led to believe I'd be able to receive care but once I made the actual trip, I was denied. My husband even took time off work to watch our son. I was very shocked and disappointed.
