My mother died in May. I contacted Dr. Sandstrom's office on May 15th about a partial refund for dentures never received.. I was told a refund would be forthcoming. Since then, I have contacted his office almost weekly to follow up on the refund. For months I have been told it is sitting on the accountant's desk for processing. I personally talked to the accountant on October 2 and still no check. I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this dental group. 5 months is an absurd amount of time to wait for this refund.
