THE DR IS REFUSING TO DIAGNOSE REALLY OBVIOUS PITTED BLACK CAVITIES AFTER I PAY FOR A DIAGNOSIS. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR NEARLY 6 MONTHS TO GET MY HIPPA RELEASE. MOST RECENTLY, THE RECEPTIONIST SAYS, "I DESTROYED IT", "THE DR WILL HAVE TO RE-WRITE YOUR RECORDS". WHEN I INQUIRE IF THEY HAVE A COMPUTER SYSTEM, SHE REPLIES "WE'RE NOT PAPERLESS".
