I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.
