This dentist is excellent. He does the work in a nearly pain free manner. The front desk on the other hand, leaves lots to be desired. I've been overcharged, treated as if my problem is not a problem, have not had calls returned or even answered. This person is what drove me away to find another dentist with office staff who aren't out in left field. Perhaps if this office person quit visiting on the phone with family and friends and did a professional job I'd still be a patient.
