They were dismissive and more concerned with giving patient's raffle tickets to win a tv and gifts we don't need, than superior dental care. I came in with a damaged denture - they thought it was an easy fix. They were state of the art dentures and only 6 years old - yet, when they came back poorly repaired, they implied that they were SO old (yet they never asked how old - that the dentist didn't recognize great dentures was a red flag) and that they couldn't account for the quality. OKAY, so this fix felt bad - the broken tooth was reattached crooked and LONGER and it was scratching me inside. When I returned to get this fixed, they were totally dismissive. Then it broke again - this time they totally screwed it up - they gave me a full on snagletooth - and the doctor didn't even see me but sent the assistant who implied again they couldn't account for the quality and that they wouldn't guarantee the work and that I should expect it to break again but I could get a new one for about $2100. Horrible place. Front desk people are all wonderful but it stops there. Also, HATE the aquarium with the huge, poor fish - akin to a pacing, caged tiger - swimming in a space way too small for it... DO NOT GO HERE.
