The receptionist is horrible, a racist, and wants to run the office. She rudely asked me why I couldn't change my appointments to the morning so that she could schedule other at times she wanted, I had a work schedule too that I had to follow. The office & Dr. maxwell were not the issue. It was the receptionist who answers the phone. On 2 occasions I had to reschedule my appointments. Things come up in life that are more important. On both occasions, the receptionists was VERY rude! Expressing her displeasure for having to help us reschedule! I won't get into specifics, but she was very unprofessional! After the second incident, I immediately switched dentists. Having a pushy, huffin & puffin receptionist is bad business, especially when the competition is around every corner! Again, not a bad place, but you BETTER NOT call to cancel or reschedule an appointment! The experience just might ruin your day, like it did mine... twice!
