Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did this dentist answer all of your questions?
Every question I had was answered thoroughly
