I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
