Everything was great except I've been there twice and Dr. Greenwald kept me waiting too long. Today was my 2nd visit. I asked the assistant what was taking so long and was told the Dr. was talking to another Dr. I thought if i made my appointment first thing in the morning, i would be seen right away and I could get to work. Wrong! i was told that first appointments usually had to wait for the Dr. That is a big mistake! I was told I could make a later appointment, but that i would probably have to wait longer. WHAT?! Finally, I was told that my best chance of being seen quickly was the first appointment after lunch. We'll see how that goes. If I wasn't already into this procedure with Dr. Greenwald, i would be looking for another Dr.
