Few days ago I visited Dr. Zola's office for my annual teeth cleaning and checkup. Dr. Zola was very courteous and explained my x-rays and was very helpful. Unfortunately, the hygienist at that office is really awful. She did not seemed to be focused on cleaning my teeth. She kept chatting with the other hygienist who was in an adjacent room while cleaning my teeth. On two occasions she actually left her seat and went to talk to the other hygienist, and there I was still in the chair with the suction tube in my mouth, while I can still hear them laughing in the other room. Terribly unprofessional. Dr. Zola maybe a good dentist, but his staff and hygienists are definitely not worth your time and money.

I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They always check to make sure you are comfortable. Dr Zola came highly recommended. His excellent reputation is well deserved.
