This is an update to my previous post on 01/03/13 and as to this date Dr. Mark Montgomery still owes me $905.00 for services not authorized, not discussed with me and not rendered. I might have to take him to court to get this money back. He is also not accredited with the BBB.

I saw Dr. Mark Montgomery on 11/08/06 for two temporary crowns but only one was done. At the time I was charged and I paid $2,935.00. No billing detail was given to me until 12/17/12 and to this date I still only have the one temporary crown done. He never even ordered the crown for the tooth he worked on.
Meanwhile this dentist charged me for 12 x $155.00 temporary crowns which we never discussed and I never authorized. I was also charged $750.00 for an implant custom abutment that was not to be done on an implant in the near future. I immediately emailed him on 12/17/12 regarding this bill. I had to call him on 12/19/12, he returned my cal late that same afternoon . He took my call on 12/20/12 and told me that he would reimburse me for the temporary crowns but I had to place another call today since he has not send me the check.
