I have been going to Dr. Downen since I moved to the area twelve years ago. He and his staff are wonderful! Everyone is very welcoming and professional, and I always feel like I'm being greeted by friends. I don't know how they do it with the number of clients they see, but they always remember what's going on in my life. They make me feel like I'm important to them! In addition, Dr. Downen does outstanding work. I've needed a fair amount of cosmetic dentistry for one reason or another, and he has done beautiful work while keeping my budget in mind. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
