Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I scheduled an appointment and took both my daughters. Upon arriving I held the door for an elderly lady and her husband. Upon entry she demanded to speak with the manager and not the receptionist. She was rude and demeaning. The manager asked her to come back and she said refused. She said she wanted other patients to know how they over charge and rip off patients.
My daughters were examined and I was told the charges for a return visit to have procedures performed ($250 max in accordance with my plan). At the return visit both my daughters went back and it was a different dentist. The receptionist told me my cost was $1000.00 for my first daughter. I explained my plan (great insurance) and asked what happened to the original cost. She said that was the previous dentist however the new dentist recommended deep tissue cleaning and additional procedures. I thought back two weeks prior when the elderly lady was so upset as her docile husband stood by. My other daughter was being prepped for cleaning. I stopped the procedure left the office and contacted my employer. In accordance with my plan the max cost for the procedures are $250. I changed dentist and unfortunately did nothing until I saw this website. This occurred approx. in Feb 2015. I hope this will help someone else. First review I've ever written. Men don't normally write reviews. Guess I'm like the docile husband.
