I was referred to Hamlin Dental- what a huge mistake that was. Both my daughter and I had a horrible experience and would never ever recommend Dr. Anoosh Setrak who made my daughter feel ashamed for being scared and flat out said "I don't have time for her". (2 minutes of simply speaking to my daughter to calm her fears would have done it) Dr. Anoosh was very arrogant and rude to me. Her assistant Suror (bad spelling since they refused to give me the correct spelling of her name) needs to be fired, half of her note taking was wrong and was also rude. Mirna the office manager was unprofessional, eating while speaking on the phone and very disrespectful to another patient. Facility was dirty, smelled like wet dirty mop. Finally, I asked for my daughter's x-rays which I paid cash for and they refused to hand them over. Please do not take your children there at all! I am very disappointed and regret ever stepping foot in this awful place.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
