Dr Janzen has been practicing for a long time, he knows what he's doing and does quality work. He's honest and will deal with you straight. He lets you know what's going on all the time before he continues treatment. As for his staff, they make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
