They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
