I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The desk staff held audible conversations about clients within earshot of waiting clients. Not good on the respect for privacy.
