Having a large family with 4 needing braces I decided to take the oldest to Spannhake in Townson. I missed a few appointments because of funerals and few family emergencies, were I was asked to sign a paper that I wouldn't miss any more appointments. Which I did. I was asked
not to bring my daughter back with her braces still on I am to find a new dentist. I do not feel my family was treated fairly, when my mother in law had a heart attack the office was very rude and said I was still suppose to call and cancel appointment so it was considered missing an appointment. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone with large family or busy life.
