They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The office is conveniently located in Silver Spring and is accessible via Metrorail (less than 10 minute walk). The staff and the provider are pleasant and competent. The wait area and office environment is contemporary, welcoming, and relaxing. Sample toothbrushes are offered on each visit.
