She is overpriced. She charged me $1500 for a cap; whereas, other better denists charged $1000-$1250. She attempted to do 2 implants (that took her over a year to do) for me and skrewed them up so bad that a dentist that worked with her had to refer me to another dentist (Gary Kutsko) in Akron. He took 3 weeks to fix this mistake.

She takes twice as long to do anything for she talks to her assistant about her husband, kids, her wedding, her vacation, etc. She watches tv (a bridal show - her assistant was getting married) with her assistant as she works on your teeth.

She lies on insurance forms. She post dated a form because she cancelled an appointment to take a vacation and when she got questioned she told the insurance company it was a clerical error and I had to pay for it.

She does not like to take appointments last minute like gluing in a temp cap.

She does not take responsibily for for errors.
