Front office staff member was not friendly. Dentist himself was not friendly. He did not explain anything and was rude to me. I have to have a root canal apparently, but all he said was "Your choices are root canal or extraction." That's it, no explanation or advice or anything. Thanks a lot! Then later I heard from my husband's coworker that he stabbed her in the tongue with an instrument during her root canal so needless to say I cancelled my upcoming root canal appointment. Now i have to find a new dentist. Again.
