They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they even work me in when I have an emergency need. They are extremely reliable. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. It's clear Dr. Nelson is a man of character, and it shows in the way he treats both patients and staff.
