DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES: I just called this place to schedule an appointment for my son. They initially were willing to take him as a new patient. But as soon as they heard my son is insured through Oregon Health Plan, they refused to schedule him. When I asked, they said it was because they were not taking new patients, even though moments before they had been willing to take him. I kept asking and the receptionist finally admitted it was because they want to be sure that they are paid in full at the time of service. The implication is that they believe people on OHP are not going to pay. That's discrimination. I would encourage people to avoid this place - they are discriminating against children who are poor.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
