I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional.
