Rude. Incompetent. Unprofessional. These are the best words to describe Mirror Pond Dental in Bend, OR. "Dr." Josh Hardin is inexperienced so if he's working on your mouth there is a high likelihood that he's performing that procedure for the first time with his creepy, tiny hands. I'm pretty sure Mirror Pond Dental is intentionally sending all OHP (state insurance) clients to this new, young guy Hardin to give him some practice. They will not grant me an appointment at their main location in downtown Bend where the experienced dentists see their patients because of my insurance policy. I'm in a tough dental situation and I needed my teeth fixed by a knowledgeable dentist, Instead I got Josh Hardin. Now I'm starting from scratch and looking for a new provider. In my opinion he doesn't have the experience to be considered a true professional and he had no business involving himself in a complicated dental situation like mine. If there is legal recourse I will use it.

The front office was the main source of frustration. Alicia at the front desk is easily confused and could not correctly schedule an appointment to save her life. Alicia and the manager Kristi are the main problem over there so if you find yourself dealing with them, triple check everything they do regarding your billing, appointments, insurance etc...

Low quality dental work, unprofessional staff, I'm appalled. This office will be a hassle for you from start to finish, steer clear, steer clear, steer clear. DId I mention you should steer clear?

The doctor really took the time to listen to me. We discussed my options and she answered all my questions. She is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to.
