Tucker and his staff made serious errors in my post-surgical care, resulting in an awful post-operative infection for me. Tucker never accepted responsibility for his mistakes and obstructed my attempts to have a more reliable surgeon complete the work I'd paid Tucker for. All in all, I wouldn't trust Tucker and his employees to treat my cat, let alone a human being.
And it took almost five months for Tucker to refund the money I'd pre-paid him for the post-op care he didn't provide. I had to threaten to sue him before he would refund even a penny of the ten thousand dollars he'd gotten from me (money I'd paid him before I realized I couldn't trust him not to make my health worse instead of better).
