Personal Philosophy: My belief is that a sound body is the result of a sound mind and a sound spirit. The blending of all three into one’s fitness goals and lifestyle is essential for a truly well-rounded individual. Through a personally designed fitness program consisting of strength training, aerobic training and healthy eating habits -- one can surely achieve any goal they desire. Along with the physical discipline, I believe that if we incorporate on a daily basis, a program of personal growth and transformation in our with regards to our minds and spirits, it will help us discover our life’s true purpose which will ultimately bring forth a higher quality of life in all areas. Numerous studies have indicated that our bodies are a direct reflection of our thoughts, emotions, tensions and the foods we put into them, thus revealing a definite mind/body connection. This is why I feel it is absolutely necessary to embrace all three aspects on a daily basis for a complete sense of overall well-being.
Career Objective: One of my personal goals is to be of service to others in a positive and beneficial way. I hope to accomplish this by being able to help improve the quality of the people’s lives that I come in contact with in some way, whether large or small. If I can accomplish this, then I will truly have achieved a most valuable gift myself.
