I feel like this is an undiscovered yoga studio. The classes are never overcrowded. The instructors are good at adjusting the practice to fit the needs of the students. The room is very nice and is equipped with all the necessary yoga gear. I took classes twice a week during my last four months of pregnancy. I never felt more relaxed and flexible. I think the yoga helped me have a fast labor and delivery. I highly recommend this yoga studio.
