They really create a calming, serene atmosphere during the class. Everything from the lighting to the music to the smell of the room is taken into account, and it made my experience that much more amazing. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The best experience I ever had
