Traditional Hatha Yoga based on the teachings of Mary Dunn and Kofi Busia. Most classes are all levels. One class is an adaptive yoga class, designed for the student who has specific challenges. These can be anything that makes even a beginners class daunting. Such as, MS, old injuries, extreme limitations in flexibility or even just fear of the first yoga class!
