ServicesPat began her practice of yoga in the 1960s and her practice of tai chi in the 1990s. She is certified to teach both yoga and tai chi and attends ongoing trainings. The focus of the classes is to improve physical, mental and emotional health in a supportive atmosphere that any student can feel comfortable in. The class was professionally taught at a pace appropriate for the students. Careful instruction was given. A friendly, upbeat teacher. The room was open and spacious.
