Art of Yoga gives you the studio yoga feel, but offers you an intimate experience as you would find in a small community. Art of Yoga has not "sold out" to mainstream yoga fitness. The teachers are well trained, certified, and knowledgeable. They care about your safety and having a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend Art of Yoga whether you are passing through Columbus, GA or have been calling it home for longer than you can remember.
