Classes are intimately sized, never intimidating, and grouped into two distinct programs:
~ Itsy Bitsy Yoga®: parent-child classes for young children ranging from newborn to five years old. Class levels include Babies, Tots, and Tykes/Little Families.
~Sweet Pea KIDS Yoga: drop-off classes enabling older children (ages 5 to 13 years old) to independently develop their yoga practice in a peaceful and fun-loving way.
Sweet Pea Yoga classes are currently being offered in Hopkinton, Southborough, Westborough, and Framingham, MA.

Under the loving guidance of Sweet Pea Yoga's certified instructor Alexandra De Collibus Sweet Pea Yoga offers valuable opportunities for whole families to connect – both inside and outside the classroom. Memorable events such as Valentines’ Day, Halloween Yoga, Father's Day Yoga, as well as monthly weekend yoga events, have already become family traditions. At Sweet Pea, no prior yoga experience is required and all abilities are welcome.
