Verna Reidy is an accomplished yoga teacher who tailors her classes to the needs and abilities of her students. She is knowledgeable, fun and affordable. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for 32 years and have taken her classes. With her help, I can adapt the poses to fit my abilities. As I have gotten stronger and more flexible, I have gained confidence and self-esteem.
