Sonador is a beautiful place in which to take yoga. It is situated on a horse farm in Belle Vernon. The yoga studio has windows that overlook the horse pastures. It is a serene setting.
The teacher, Amaera, is very patient and kind, and makes you feel comfortable, no matter your level of yoga. There are all ages of people that attend, and she makes sure you feel comfortable at all times.
I would definitely recommend Sonador to anyone looking for a comfortable place to practice yoga.
