They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment--which was totally cool. I never had to wait for them to show up; they are up with the chickens. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone and will even go into detail if you want; very accommodating indeed. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They answered my questions and explained every pose. The overall experience was peaceful and calming. Best stress relief EVER :) Going back soon :)

The atmosphere and classes are ok. The classes are so packed that you can't even move through the asanas properly. The woman that answers the e-mails has been rude to me on several occasions. The woman at the reception area was also rude. I also overheard one of the instructors complaining about having to do a "beginners class". I don't want to go to a yoga studio where I will be treated poorly. It seems like money is more important than the clients needs. I have heard from several people and had the experience myself that I was unable to exchange a package due to life circumstances or injury. I will never go there again. I don't trust them.
