I have been teaching in the surrounding area since 1994. It has been a journey that I will always cherish, having traveled a path that has truly changed my life. Yoga has given to me so many wonderfully enlightening experiences and has become such a beneficial tool
I am so glad to have shared this journey of yoga with all of you, the joy of being with you, watching all of you change as you grow for the better! What a gift for all of us. I Thank-You.

Due to the renovations at the studio it is with a bitter-sweetness that I must inform you that Yoga T 'Studio, llc Closed mid April 2013...

Whenever I had a question, they were always happy to answer it. They were always so kind and understanding. I've already been telling everyone I know what a fantastic time I had. They are one of the most knowledgeable people in the field. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Theresa is very knowledgeable and qualified. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this Yoga T's studio. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid any favoritism.
