Services I provide Counseling and Psychotherapy in relation to Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and Relationship issues. I also provide Couples Therapy and facilitate Personal Growth and Spiritual Development from within the individual. I have a certificate in Analytical Psychotherapy from the C.G. Jung Institute in Chicago and have specialized training in the Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach as well. In addition I am a Certifying Coordinator for the Focusing Institute and provide Focusing Oriented Therapy as well as instruction in learning the Focusing Technique. Many insurances cover my services. I also have a sliding scale for people who do not have or use insurance.
