Highly unprofessional. Her approach is too personal, always signing her emails with "a hug" Her sessions feel more like talking too a friend who is clearly taking your side far too soon and rushing her advice. On top of it, she is never on time and will never apologize for her tardiness, however, will end the sessions before the given time. On the other hand, I recently reached out to her requesting her a brief note giving proof of my visit. She refused to provide it stating that she only writes letters to patients who are with her for over 3 months. When I tried to explain to her that I only needed her to confirm my visit, I thought she misunderstood since she was asking me to start therapy and ask my new provider to write that letter for me. Her response was "I already explained you, stop communicating." Totally out of line, maybe she lost her mind, who knows? One thing I know, I regret the time and the money I wasted on her. Avoid at all cost, that would my recommendation.
