The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying.
