this guy just sits around half asleep and does nothing in sessions. Now I’ll get to the worst part - he rounded up a lot of people in around 2010 that he was supposed to be treating for anxiety to build up his lifequal center... he literally had them work for him for little to no money. that's a super predatory move to make, especially because he did not pay anyone and these were people with anxiety, panic attacks, confrontation fears etc. he really exploited that and made them work for him. If he ever paid anyone it was waaaaay below minimum wage. and his wife Anne Shankar is a social worker and did not say a word to anyone and supported his actions. if i'm lying or slandering please take me to court and there will be a lot of witnesses in my corner. he is definitely a sociopath and narcissist to say the least. he would have meetings in his center and yell at patients he used to see for anxiety, literally yell at them for mistakes he was accountable for since he didn't really pay no one. this guy has no feelings for others.. the worst part of everything were his books and billing. It was all completely messed up. i did his insurance billing for 6 months and he gave me like 300 bucks after smh.. let me tell you guys about fraud and scam (this was in 2011) - this guy charges some ppl more than what their insurance asks, sometimes less, so he obviously doesn't or didn't follow contracts. he took double copays here and there, sometimes insurance double paid and he would assign that payment to another date instead of giving the money back. he also didn’t keep track of what ppl paid in person and lost check copies which resulted in some people being charged more and some less. what’s even worse is that he knows what he's doing financially as he used to be a board member at chase. he didn't even enter or keep track of claims as your supposed to. He literally had no oversight of his practice financially. he was always afraid the irs would audit him. he literally had 10 years worth of claims when i was there he wanted to scan into his system and fix somehow which was not possible by then. People had businesses inside his center and he wouldn’t let them advertise on Cornell for years. He would work all day in his center, and his wife too, while he was sending his anxiety patients to ikea to decorate and renovate his building so he wouldn’t lose any time with clients. I've seen him kick a chiropractor out of her office overnight over a little issue. to sum it up, this guy lies, scams, cheats and exploits the weak. don't support this person. this person doesn't have feelings for others. he can become very manipulative very fast and also displays patterns of passive aggressiveness
