I came to see Johanna when I was feeling pretty low and hopeless. She helped me learn to be much much kinder to myself, and to be more peaceful inside. She offered warmth, support and great insight, and always made me feel safe and respected--modeling that to me, when I was having such a hard time being kind and respectful toward myself. I can say, without a doubt, that I am much happier and healthier now, and am very grateful for the work we did together. She helped me get to a place I never imagined I could be. What a relief! She's great!

Johanna's warmth, compassion and insight really helped turn my life around.
I felt she really 'got' me, and quickly helped me see what was blocking me from moving forward. She gave me tools to not only treat myself better and quiet the self-sabotaging inner voice, but helped me more deeply support myself in clarifying and getting what I wanted in life.
I have been to a number of therapists over the years, and am in the helping professions myself.
Johanna is truly a gifted counselor and healer, and I have no reservations in highly recommending her.
